A Brief History

• Avon is part of Natura Group,  Brazilian global personal care cosmetics group headquartered in São Paulo and the 4th biggest beauty group of the world.
• In May 2019, Natura & Co. announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Avon Products, Inc. The transaction was approved by Brazilian regulatory authorities at the beginning of November 2019 and was completed in January 2020, making Natura & Co the fourth largest cosmetics company in the world.

• We Donated & Helped building two rooms in Baheya institution for fighting Cancer for Free as a form of responsibility towards our community.
